Our venue has 530 square meters of interconnected trampolines and a viewing mezzanine floor upstairs for spectators.
We are offering a heavily reduced entry fee to schools to visit us to promote the importance of exercise as a positive life style choice.
With over 40 interconnected trampolines, a huge super safe Stunt Air Bag, Tarzan swing,Flying Fox Dodge Ball court and wall trampolines for bouncing off, the students will have fun while gaining confidence and body awareness.
We can accommodate school groups from a minimum of 20 people. Teachers/ parents are welcome to take part.
Rebounding is the best exercise for us according to NASA and others, due to it being LOW impact yet requires effort to perform , making it HIGH energy.It is great for cardio fitness and you can burn 1000 calories an hour on a trampoline. Did you know 10 minutes on a trampoline is equal to 30 minutes on a treadmill or running?

No specific skill or fitness level is required to benefit from Air Zone.This is a unique venue that all students can enjoy to various degrees from throwing dodge balls, leaping into our foam pit, jumping up on to platforms and walls or air-bounding from trampoline to trampoline like bouncing on the moon.
All activities at Air Zone either stimulate oxygenate motivate or promote
-The development of mind-body orientation and an improved spatial awareness
-Increased muscular strength and improved muscular endurance.
-Improvement in balance and agility and improvement in inter-personal relationships
-Safety aspects of trampolining and improved self-confidence!
